Thai Massage
Regarded by many as “the perfect massage”, Thai Massage has its origins deeply rooted in Buddhist philosophy. It is still taught and practised today at many Buddhist temples throughout Thailand. Today in Thailand, many Thais include Traditional Thai Massage as an essential part of their monthly routine. Thai Massage is used essentially as a form of maintenance to prevent pain, rather than a means of curing it, even though expert Thai practitioners are able to treat chronic pain of all kinds. Thai massage improves circulation as it can slow down the aging process and slow down the wrinkling of the skin on different parts of the body. Thai massage creates an experience of relaxation throughout the body and absolute tranquillity of the mind, some clients even, during the longer sessions, fall asleep at the end of which they are awake alert and refreshed.

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist utilises smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by putting them around the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and assist warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more rapidly.
These stones evenly applies pressure to the muscles, and the heat can well transfer to the inner skin. As a result, they help reduce pain and stiffness. And when the heat transfers into the body, it also stimulates blood circulation.
“I had my first Thai massage experience last week, and it was nothing short of amazing. The stretching and pressure techniques that the therapist used were unlike anything I had ever experienced before. I walked out of the session feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed, with my muscles feeling like they had been completely loosened up. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a unique and incredibly therapeutic experience to try a Thai massage.”
